Bio-Guard not only contains all the vitamins and minerals your horse requires but also the important pro-biotics Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium plus a live yeast.
This combination helps provide the ideal environment in the horse's gut to help utilise it's daily feed and help create the correct balance of bacteria to allow the digestive system to work properly.

I bought an ex racehorse last year I've never used a gut balancer before but I guess due to the change in diet and spring grass his droppings were a bit loose. Bioguard did the trick and he can take hayledge and spring grass now with no problems. Love this product.
I have a typically stressy thoroughbred. Vet thought ulcers were to blame, poor condition, weight loss to the point I considered having him pts. A friend recommended Equine Answers and Bio-Guard in particular. I can’t praise this product enough. Within a week he was improving and within a month back to full condition. I have tried him off it, and while his condition remains ok, he gets very girthy and grumpy without it. A friend has a pony who was biting and cow-kicking when her girth was tightened- within a few days of being on Bio-Guard she’s no longer doing this and is so much better to ride and work with on the ground. Honestly wouldn’t be without this product
